Director team: Develop and lead a team of internal project/construction managers, supervisors, and coordinators to successfully deliver complex projects within a live dynamic environment.
The Site Director leads the onsite team and ensures project completion within the set budget, schedule, and conformance with design documents.
Managing director leads the office team to oversee the completion of the construction projects and coordinating to ensure that everything goes according to plan from conception to completion.
Quantity Surveyor: We minimize operational efficiency by negotiating the best possible value for the owner’s money and keeping the expense as low as possible. We keep the owner abreast of the progress and help in deriving maximum efficiency during the project lift time. Coordination between different parties to finalize the optimum prices for each element of the project.
Architect: We work together with other professionals to deliver qualified designs to the owner. Our duty of gathering all the information and ideas necessary to create a functional space that meets client needs while being code compliant.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We have complete site team members to ensure your ideal house comes into reality.
Keeping track of the project progress and cost budget on a daily basis, liaising with sub contractors to ensure construction compliance with the approved drawings. Ensuring site safety with zero accidents and coordination with your neighbors to achieve zero complaints.
